Shipping Guidelines

Getting your order to you as quickly as possible is very important to us. We usually ship in-stock items the next business day. Items that are not in-stock or special orders that require additional production time usually take an additional 2 or 3 business days, but on occasion can take as long as one to two weeks.

We make every effort to get your purchase to you ASAP, but please keep in mind that all of our items are handmade in our studio. On the rare occasion that we will not be able to ship out your purchase within a few days, we will contact you via email or phone to make any necessary arrangements.

If you have a specific date by which you need to receive your order, we strongly suggest you put that information in the special request message field in the shopping bag. You may also send us a separate email at info@taberstudios.com. We will make every effort to meet your requested date.

Depending on your order needs, we will ship via USPS or UPS. Shipping costs will include shipping, insurance and handling. Shipping will cost a minimum $8-$35 depending on the size of your order and shipping time.

Christmas Gift Ordering

If you want an item to arrive by Dec. 24th we request that you have your order to us no later than Dec. 15th.

If ordering after Dec. 15th and you need an item delivered by Dec. 24th, a $15 rush order fee applies, in addition to expedited shipping costs.

We cannot guarantee timely delivery on any holiday orders after Dec. 22nd.

Return Policy

It is our desire that you are beyond satisfied with your Taber Studios LLC jewelry. If for any reason you decide not to keep your purchase, Taber Studios LLC will accept merchandise in its original condition for a full refund at any time. Refunds may only be issued in the same form as was utilized for payment. Merchandise may be returned at any time. However, associated shipping costs will not be subject to refund and a different return policy may be applicable for purchases made in affiliated stores and galleries. Returns on special orders will be handled on a case-by-case basis, but at a minimum will incur a 20% service and handling fee. Before sending your item(s), please contact us at 888.604.9894 to make arrangements for your return. The item you return must be presented in saleable condition with the appropriate sales invoice and all original packaging and enclosures. We recommend shipping returned merchandise via insured parcel post for tracking purposes. We also recommend that customers request adequate insurance to cover the purchase price of shipment. Taber Studios LLC will not assume responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event the return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled. We cannot accept returns that have been worn, used, altered or damaged. We reserve the right to refuse return of any merchandise that does not meet the above return requirements according to Taber Studios' LLC sole discretion.

Repair Policy

In the event that damage may occur during the life of your Taber Studios product, we are happy to repair any damage resulting from normal wear-and-tear for a minimal fee.

We make every effort to keep this fee as low as possible. If you have an item that needs repair, email us at info@TaberStudios.com. Please include a description of the item (including style #), along with a brief explanation of how the item has been damaged. Repairs will be provided as expediently as possible.

All of Taber Studios LLC’s products are guaranteed against manufacturing defects for 30 days from the date of the invoice. If a mistake in product description or pricing occurs on our website, we reserve the right to correct it and to refuse or cancel any orders placed for items listed at an incorrect price.

Taber Studios LLC reserves the right to use the contents of any email, letter, postcard, voicemail, or other communication sent to us for any purpose. Such communication shall be Taber Studios LLC property and may be used for any and all marketing, promotions, or other commercial use. If for any reason you wish to be removed from our lists just email, call or send us a written request and we will honor your request immediately. It is not our intent to annoy you. We just want to make sure you have every opportunity to keep informed of our latest developments. We will not use your full name or disclose contact details to any third party.

Privacy Policy

Taber Studios LLC understands that privacy is an important issue for visitors to www.TaberStudios.com. Any personal information that you may give us including your e-mail address is used to fulfill your information request and stored in a database for marketing purposes. If you review or download information, we track the visit to give us information about which part of the site is frequented. We do not sell or provide the information collected or stored about you, to third parties.

The web site may contain links to web sites, Taber Studios is not responsible for the content or privacy practices of external internet sites.

When clients share with Taber Studios their contact details, such as email address and phone number, we retain the information within our client database. We do not share any user-specific contact details with third parties for marketing purposes. Taber Studios LLC may use this information to communicate with you regarding the status of your orders or about events or new jewelry items which you may find interesting. You may opt out of receiving any such messages at any time.
